It's amazing how Pearl and I managed to meet each other everyday for the past 5 months. Unfortunately, due to work commitments and health reasons, we forgo a meeting on Tuesday. I ended up feeling really grouchy because... it made me feel that no matter how hard we try to make time out, we're only left with THAT much time together.

Despite the weird hours we meet because of work (7 oclock for breakie or 1 in the morning), I'm thankful for Pearl's work schedule. I don't think I can keep up with someone with a 9 to 5 job. Not that I will mind, but that probably leaves me no time for family, school and rest. Next week I'll have Tues, Wed and Thurs off. Planning to study but I'll probably go do some sports. Ran a very short distance the other day and I was breathless for a very long time. It's the smoker's lungs, as she calls them. Unknowingly, it's also been half a year since I picked up smoking. Time flies when you don't notice.

The nagging thought I had after meeting up with Stephen finally took a toll on me last night. I think I scare her a little. Got a very sweet msg from her though. It feels good to be assured again and again. I guess increased workload (work and school) plus lack of time together does make a very deadly combination.

It's her birthday celebration next monday! The problem is, I'm not sure when she's available for me since she has to divide herself between family, friends and me. It was hard planning for my birthday, it's harder planning for hers. -grin- Alcohol this Sat night, and oddly, I have no craving for it. I've been good, and I will stay good. It seems to me that fossils have very good market rates.

Note: Pearl thought it was attractive when I told her then I don't smoke, drink and club. Ah, a new found motivation!

I'm more vocal in school now. If it wasn't from the lack of concentration due to work, I believe I can do better. Nevertheless, I'm going back to the routine of being a nerd/geek. Will go get copies of my science magazines to read. I didn't realize how 'starved' I was until that night at borders. If it wasn't for closing time, I wouldn't have dropped the magazine.

Expecting a lot of pictures and videos to be taken next week since it's birthday! I'm so excited.
